Job Summary:
As a BDM / RSM you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
within a specified geographic region. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business
opportunities, building, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and effectively
positioning our company’s products and services in the market. You will work closely with cross-
functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure
customer satisfaction and retention.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote Passive Networking Solutions: Position 3C3 India Pvt. Ltd. as a leading brand in
structured cabling and passive networking solutions. - New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities by hunting
for new accounts and expanding existing client relationships. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain senior-level relationships with enterprise
clients, system integrators, MEP consultants, and turnkey contractors. - Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by generating leads,
managing the RFP process, and closing deals effectively. - Strategic Partnerships: Develop strategic relationships with potential customers, partners, and
end customers to grow market share. - Industry Engagement: Stay connected with industry trends and recognize opportunities for
new projects and revenue streams. - Solution Proposals: Work closely with the pre-design team to understand customer
requirements and propose customized solutions. - Networking: Establish relationships at all organizational levels to drive business growth.
- Revenue Opportunities: Create new revenue opportunities by selling structured cabling passive
solutions to new and existing clients.
10.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and
market trends to inform sales strategies. - Communication and Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and communicate
effectively with stakeholders to secure business.
