Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The KAM will act as the primary point of contact between the client and 3C3 India Pvt. Ltd., ensuring that the clients’ needs are met and sales targets are achieved. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering solutions to customers in a timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Account Growth: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and propose tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and objectives for assigned key accounts by promoting the company’s products and services.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with internal departments such as Product Management, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and business reviews to clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements to provide strategic insights and recommendations to management.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on key account performance, including sales, forecasts, and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as the point of escalation for resolving client issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
